Late running of trains, specifically local trains. All service class people use local trains to reach their office ( all most all offices have installed bio metric). Coz of late running trains they have to face lot of problems & sometimes have to loose their job.

I rarely travel but my rail travel experience once last year was good,I saw improvement in the cleanliness on platform but cleanliness inside the trains is still questionable. The food quality and packaging has improved.Our railway still has lots of scope for improvement.
