Bcakward Classes Welfare

Backward Classes , Weaker Sections are not promptly identified. Need to Rectify Policy

I totally agree with Anita N. Let the so called sympathizers (politicians ) decide how long they want to continue this type of discrimination against merit ? Do they want it for next 50 yrs, let them spell out and make a law which can not be challenged or amended by any body in India including Parliament or Judiciary. At least rest of the people would know where they stand.

How long will they be backward? Does the govt / political parties / etc have any plans to make them equal citizens of the country. First they were untouchable now they are backward - when does it stop?

- Usually the only people who benefit from any of the welfare programs are the rich / middle class with a backward status card. The really poor get absolutely nothing. Time the backward class (as they are unfortunately called) should be divided as per class and their economical status and the benefit should be given to only those who deserve it.

- Time that their was a clear plan that was shared with the citizens of the county on how they will start integrating the backward class into being equal opportunity citizens in the country. When do we stop segregating this country by labeling people? These are not backward people they are people who just need to be given an opportunity. No body can be forced to become successful or have a better life - it is the way of the world - if you don't want to work hard you cannot expect to prosper ( at least not for very long). Freebees, under the guise of welfare, only makes for a very entitled but weak people who are unable to grow and come out of their poverty - because the politicians don't benefit if they do. Instead create opportunities for those who want to improve their lot and are willing to work for it.
