The company has a website but without any proper contact details. The company is having poor infrastructure to handle warranty services. Additionaly the company does not respond to the consumer calls and even escated complaints to their CMD remain unattended without any response. A complaint of 20th Sept 2015 remain totally unattended despite best follow up and escalation to their CMD. Even the facebook posts does not make any improvement in the service. Complaints are closed even without attending to. One of the public domain indicates 433 complaints out of which only 4 have been shown as resolved. Even the admin of the public domain has written "Bad news - Even though we've managed to contact the company, they're quite slow at resolving complaints." This make company to be rated as single star, the confidence of having proper service network is the pre-requisite to the performance of the company.
