If Reliance wants to make it big in retail, it needs to give up its arrogance which seems to be its organisational trait. They offer a lot of offers like JIO etc but mislead customers with inadequate product description. They are not interest in being honest and matching the needs of the customer to the products they have. They are only interested in making a sale and if the product is not to your satisfaction, their customer service will only make you run around, to avoid returns and refunds.
