Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.

They are in banking business. The executives do not know ABCD of banking. The corporate office is not able to check the branch executives

Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
