Pathetic and looting the customers by arbitarily charging them

Services of Vodaphone & Airtel both , are hopeless. There are too many call drops, Network is not available many times, Network keeps on coming & going. They say it is a problem with your instrument. This is not correct. when an SMS is sent, the money is deducted immediately, & the message remains "PENDING" not for minutes or hours but for DAYS. If the message is resent, money is deducted again. The recipient never receives the message. Please give a provision for NEGATIVE rating. These people are only looters.

Airtel mobile services have become pathetic and call drops seems to be the order of the day. It was not this bad few months agao but now, God only can help us.

I Use BSNL for Internet and the speed of this entity is truly " GOVERNMENTAL "..The Data just refuses to move ...!!..( like a Govt.
file...) God only knows when we will get relief from these pathetic service providers and when will we have a POWERFUL AND
RESPONSIBLE Authority to look into these deficiencies in Service...!!...
