Again very poor signal coverage for 2g

Regular & Prompt service.Staff is cooperative . Billing OK.

Poor service of late. They started to increase the plan rates without giving option to customer in post paid. When opted for changing over to prepaid, they are making delays and charging more. They are not activating the number after changing to prepaid and thus are harassing the customer who want to change. After 12 years of using aircel, first time am feeling that they are very bad service providers.

It's a good company with good customer service but they really need to work hard on their network, most of the time it's difficult to get their network, call drops are common in Aircel, and their internet speed is very bad, they also need to expand their business presence which is very limited
