I was using Hathway internet at our residence at Goregaon. I had taken quarterly subscription for the same. When we shifted to Thane, I had given request to disconituation for the same and requested them to pay me balance amount as well as Router deposit amount of Rs. 1000/- paid by me. They instructed me to return their mode as well as other necessary things to their nearest branch which is Dalamal Tower for me. I had submitted everything and taken GRN from them. I had called their call centre and given the GRN no. to them. They said within 90 days you will receive your refund. But now almost 6 months have passed I have not received my refund from them. whenever inquiring with their call centre they are giving me new request no. and said we will proceed your request. When I enquired with Dalalmal tower office they are saying they have not received my goods means the employees working under that roof is not trustworthy or company is not trustworthy.

Hathway BroadBand, is always reminding me to pay higher charges, even though i had chosen to avail a lesser speed. The renewal reminders never stop and highly irritating. Every day there are number of calls from different centres to renew, even when I have been renewing for years now. The calls and messages are really irritating and successfully created a deep negetive opinion on this brand.
I prepaid broadband charges for 12 months wherin offer was 12 + 1 month free. On expiry of 12 months they disconnected my net. I spoke to their customer care, billing department, helpdesk but no positive response. Above all they are asking me proof of their offer. When i told them i dont want your services any more now they ring me daily that we will activate and give you 1 month free . Big companies big problem to face. customers are fooled by them.
