The company has not stated its contact address and email id for the consumers to contact the company. The company also seems to be very poor in handling the complaints. One of the public domain has indicated 263 complaints out of which only 25 got redressed. One complaint reproduced below compelled me to write feedback on its operation and rate the services.
"This email is regarding my Den cable operator service and behaviour.
Before using Den network, my perception towards the company was wonderful. as per me this company run on it's quality and standards but since buying I completely shocked by the ground reality.
I purchased the connection on 1st january 2016 from "Choudhary cable t.v. networks" address "Karawal nagar village, near state bank of india, Delhi 110094".
At the time of installation they gave me a "STB" against my videocon D2h set top box and antenna.
Since buying this connection the set top box get repaired almost 7-8 times, I asked bijender to make it proper but as per them the "STB" not be able to perform and they suggest me to buy a new one from him.
My very simple question on the above lines to you is : If the quality of "set top box" is not upto the mark then why do you offer it to your customers ???.
After that on 22nd Nov 2016 my set top box "Dead" again, and I handed over my set top box to Mr. bijender On 23rd Nov 2016 and at that time Mr. Bijender asked me for evening to get my Repaired "STB".
In Evening, When I reached the Cable operator office to get my "STB", Mr. sanjay ( (Mob: 9310563111) told me very roudly that your set top box not get repaired, you can come tomorrow morning for the same.
At my second visit they had given the second timeline of 24th Nov evening to get my box repaired, At third visit in evening they given me the another timeline of 25th Nov 2016.
At my continues effort towards my STB, I had to complaint to their Owner (Mr. Bijender) for the same issue, He give me a faulty set top box of 25th Nov evening, and when i reached (after 20 Minutes) the Cable operator office, Mr. sanjay told me and using abuse language that "Hamare paas box nhi h sir pe mat khada ho jab aa jayega tab le jaiyo", When i asked for bijender mobile no. he told me that "Bhai ke paas phone nhi h wo ghar chale gaye hain jab box aa jaye tab le jaiyo abhi ja yahan se chal".
After that on 26th Nov, I was call to Mr. sanjay for the set top box (from my office) He told me "Teri naukri kar rakhi h kya hamne, saare kaam hum he karke denge tujhe, tera kaam sirf tv dekhna h kya, office aaja aur leja box".
I would like to ask you few things:
Is the way to handle a customer, as if the STB was not ready, why i have not been imformed ???
How much time you normally takes to repaired the "STB" ???
If this kind of behaviour and service made by Mr. Sanjay and Mr. bijender is not official then what kind of action DEN is going to take?
After getting this kind of services, why any one would recommend you ???
Dear Sir, today is 26th Nov and weekend also, everyone want to spend time with family at home, In today's scenario Tv cable is a part of life, after all this who is the responsible for the same.
Now I demand if you are not able to made this things correct and not able to provide better service, Kindly give me my Videocon D2h box and Antenna back and please uninstalled your wires and all and reinstall my videocon antenna and "set top box" respectively."
If we go through views of consumers on public domain, many are suffering due to poor response, misbehaviour, non-attending to the complaints, disconnection, poor network etc.
