Still no change. Additional problem is have to call and reinstate the renewal even after the payment. Real problem occurs when the housewives doesn't know how to contact the customer service and do the needful. Last month when I was out of town, because of this channels were out for about 4 - 5 days, till my arrival. When I contacted the CS, they reinstated, but never gave me those 4 days outage! This month, it was done after giving an call to the number showing in the TV.
No improvement in the subscription amount! I mean the subscription amount is the same. Only thing is several channels are showing the additional amount to be paid for watching.
