The business is having a proper interface with the customer through a website. Gladly the business has got proper contact us provided so that the customer facing any problem/grievances can get a proper redressal. However, the company levies a transaction fee which is quite high plus it is not transparent at the time of booking. It is only when someone click on "pay" link, the amount gets added into the ticket price and deducted. This practice is unfair. Even DGCA also specifies that a net cost ticket need to be shown before making payment. Ease my trip just charge Rs. 50/- as transaction fee. Hence 3 star rating other wise the customer interface would have deserved 4 star.
