World Health Day
1. Eat small frequent meals.
2. Drink at leat 10-12 glass of water/any form of liquid( butter milk, nimbupani, coconut water, kanji etc)
3. Use non-stick utensils for cooking as it reduces oil consumption.
4. Cut down your sugar and salt intake.
5. Exercise regularly for 45 minutes.
6. Do feast yourself once in a week but that should not be overeating. more
