VIP culture still prevailing in Uttar Pradesh
If the police has to issue such attached advisories that citizens will be inconvenienced because vvips will be coming to town it is highly inappropriate.

Fact of the matter is that VIP culture is set in the indians mind so it cannot be eliminated by anyone only every individual can eliminate VIP culture. Does not matter how much notification government brings. One of the common example is whenever an officer is coming or leaving office his/her office bag shall be carry by peon or office assistant of watchman and the door of the car will be opened by the office assistant of peon.Why?R they so lazy to do it?or they do not work this much also?Where and in which constitution it is written? more

मोदी जी कुछ भी कहें पर सच्चायी यही है की विधायक या सांसद को छोड़िए उनके घर वाले और रिश्तेदार भी VVIP समझते है और विधायक या सांसद लिखी हुयी वाहन को पुलिस सलामी देती है और VVIP कल्चर चलता रहता है । अब बात वास्तविक VVIP का तो हम मुख्य मंत्री के शहर के निवासी है और जिस दिन मुख्य मंत्री महोदय आते है उस दिन तो शहर जाम जाता है -आने के समय से ३ घंटे पहले से लोगों का चलना बंद हो जाता है ? more

VVIP Culture is now a status symbol even fourth class employee in Govt. sector need to be addressed as VIP, Yesterday I was in a Central Govt. Institution at Delhi for an interview Schedule at 10AM , Unfortunetly I was there at 9.30AM, when I enquired some information from available staff , I was surprised to hear the reply, & corrected myself that I am probably not so cultured to speak with Govt. Officials. It is common in all over Country not a specific case of U.P. Now a days if one SABHASAD visit his or her area , one can easily see how important he or she is, Not less then P.M. more
