Unfair Practice by Country Club

Country Club failed to provide me Membership Cards even after two months and repeated requests on phone /emails. In utter frustration I requested for a refund and was told that the amount paid is Non Refundable!
I feel this amounts to cheating since I have not utilised any of their facilities/Services and the Company has failed to provide mke with even Membership Cards! more

I am also one of the harassed customer of Country Club. We fell in their trap ,still no solution appears to be coming. Your problem solved or not. They are still running their activity ,compltely full of financial fraud. They do not care about anybody. Pls.guide me also. My contact no.is 9910877889. Most of this time share companies are very costly propositions in today's age of online travel booking. But Brigadier sir please go through the documents you have signed while taking membership. They always put the termination clause to their benefit. So read the document thoroughly before proceeding for legal action more  
Brig. Pradeep. You are absolutely right. We have sensed their cheating long back. They keep bugging you with meaningless calls and silly discounts and offers, but in disguise they want your money and never to return it back to you even if you don't get their services. Like your case, they showed their true colour.
If you work in a company with a meager salary, they will not call you, but the moment you switch to any lucarative job with the same mobile number, you start receiving their calls. They don't come to help you or even do business with you; they just fool around and provide you services mostly luxorious and doesn't fall in basic needs of a human being. It is better we should avoid them. They are the product of worthless corporate business world. more  
Total fraud. You will not get anything as per you requirement and promised by them.
File a case at consumer court immediately, to get total refund with interest.

I fight 2 yr to get money back. I got my money + int 5 year back from country club. more  
I agree with Mr SHANKER. You can move the consumer FORA more
