News paper reports say UPPCB fined 15 construction sites 5 lakh rupees but no one has paid the fine so they (UPPCB) have gone and beaten drums at the site but still they arent paying.
Why is there no FIR against director of these builders followed by arrest for non payment of fines.
Why is UPPCB making a joke of themselves by beating drums on violating sites. Instead they need to do real enforcement. more
