There should be no place for a civilian government for now.
Extra units of combat units must be rushed to reinforce the existing units with more quick reacting forces along with air support units and no paramilitary or police units are to be brought in.
The other parts of Kashmir must be sealed like Jammu and Ladakh and all movements must be curtailed.
Cancellation of AmarnathYatra is a must .
Let a lethal force be brought in to cleanse the area from militants.
Sifting of all peripheral areas apart from Srinagar must be done .
All opposition parties like Hurriet s passports must be revoked .No issue of new passport s must be observed .Prevention of visitors for three months .
Supply of all essentials by army units to all house holds with ID cards must be instituted Untill normalcy is restored.
Schools,colleges and essential services must be on surveillance.Internet and Phone surveillance is essential.
All media houses must be closed .and censoring of newspapers must be put in force.
Public relation departments must bridge the gap between civilians and administration .
Complaints ,suggestions, advise from public must be taken seriously and acted upon.
No public display of anti national acts including stone throwing, shouting , display of enemy flags and writings , speeches. Statements must be banned.All public meetings are to be banned.
Normalcy may return if we undertake development along with public cooperation.
No visitors from non jand k areas including politicians .
