Revival in power/infra has not happened:Running out of time

Govt infra thrust has not happened..Power tariff issues,land acquisition amendment,reviving stalled projects,speeding up projects,t&d repair,coal /gas bottlenecks has not happened.Banks are not lending.plz do hundred times more for infra.
revive the power sector. more  

Coal/gas linkages are not there.. more  
Delay in project execution needed to be brought down.. more  
Reqd to build confidence in infra/power.Revival he talked about has not happened.. more  
Reviving capex in cos like abb,l&t,thermax has not happened.No projects.Plz revive power sector in India... more
