reliance fresh outlets- overbilling

TODAY I HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with reliance fresh
I buy my milk/veg/fruits from Reliance fresh daily
today I bought all these and was checking the bill and got alerted by seeing the weights of items. I then checked each item at my balance in each item and I found that on all fresh vegetables/fruits actual weight was 10% less what was billed.
thus I was billed 10% excess amount. 21/= excess charged
Daily so many customers come and caliberation is not done how much money is being fleeced
what can be done about it.
i have taken up with rel fresh and they said they setting things right and i have asked for their quaterly stock taking purchases and billed qty of each item to ascertain home many lakhs have been fleeced more

I go to reliance for following reasons; 1. milk is better and tastier and does not have smell 2. get variety of items at one place bread/butter/paste/biscuits with schemes/ juices with schemes 3. veg are fresh if you buy them by 8am many variety which local shop do not keep 4. hawkers in gk-1 keep the same quality but priced higher than reliance 5. we do not have any local shop in gk1 more

I thought Rel Fresh always had old and badly preserved vegetables? This is an eye opener. I suggest that next time you we should check if weighing machine is calibrated or not by putting a packaged 1kg pack (e.g. Pack of sugar or pulses). more
