our govt'sway of thinking is strange.great economists ignore the interest of general public and support industrialists and businessmen.
i am not against money magnets, but ROTI ,KAPDA AUR MAKANare three basic needs of every one. now i come to makan.real estate has been declared as industry.some what motto of govt could have been, but builders have made it a means of in numerous profit.
when rates of flats go high, market analysts say real estate is doing well.but common men's dream of having a MAKAN is washed away.A few builders make money, rates are increased without any reason. how common men can get his basic need MAKAN.
If this month, rate is 6000/ sqft, and by the way air port is approved in near by or any big mall is coming, picture hall is coming, within a night / month , rates touch sky.
no one is ready to ask govt, or builder, whats the basis of increase. land you have, building is near completion.
Go 10 to 20years back, HOW EASY WAS TO HAVE A SHELTER. but now as agents are between farmer and consumer, if farmer gets Rs 10/ kg for tomato, consumer pays Rs 30/ kg to bring this tomato to his kitchen. same way investers , property dealers / agents are there real estate .
no benefit is passed on to purchaser.
builders even now talk of super built up area, built up area and rarely carpet area. or tell gross price of flat including all.
how we can help our self? we can change GOVTS in 5 states, but we cant come on road to MEET PM OR CM office ,to change the system.
