No account of any employer or organisation EPFO account should be deleted or closed unless all dues of the employees have been cleared and there is a certificate with EPFO to this effect from the employee/s. more

You are very right that it is not 'few' organisations but not more than 50% deposit their share in EPFO, and as many number do not keep the employees posted with the updated statement of account nor give the account number to the employees. Those employees who have left the company are suffering despite numerous letters and reminders but the employers are neither giving the account details nor are giving the certificates of deductions.
Why I ask for not deleting or closing the Contributory Provident Fund Accounts of the company with EPFO is that these employers are under obligation to meet with the conditions of EPFO membership, and for that reasons the employees can claim their dues through labour courts or high courts which would not be possible once the accounts of the company-employers are deleted or closed.
I take this opportunity of informing my friends that the Government of India in 2015 amended The Finance Act 2015 and introduced a Chapter VII under which all forms of provident money that has not been claimed or refunded to the employees for any reasons is diverted in the name and title of Senior Citizens Welfare Fund 2016 Rules.
You should be knowing that The Finance Act (2015 ) is meant for putting up budgetary proposals for utilization of revenue receipts e.g. taxes on sales and are generally found in The Consolidated Fund of India. This is a big violation of the Constitution of India and I have just readied with the advocates a public interest writ petition for filing in the High Court may be today or tomorrow.
When I receive the Diary Number of the filed Writ Petition a copy of the same will be placed on our website and will be open to access by one and all interested ones.
We all have to rise against the mismanagement of this Government and get the personal money of consumers refunded back to them. more

Sir there are few organisations who are not depositing money in employees EPFO account and total amount is in crores. Not sure how to approach EPFO? more
