Need suggestion for new implant loosened.

Please note need urgent feedback and inputs from your knowledge and experience.
Please note I have got 2 implants treatment done for my upper front teeth (Central incisor 8 and 9). The problem now after 5 months of wait period, before crown placement. The teeth No 9 is fit well.
But we found one of the implant, the teeth No 8 is loose and shaky. So doctor suggested removal of implant has to be done. And later the options are 1. re-insert implant 8 at same place and put the crown. 2. Remove the implant 8 and crown in cantilever fashion, so this have chances of rotation may need future corrections as and when.
So please suggest me what is best option and any alternate procedures for my case.
