Best is avoid too much of starch, lentils, and fried food.Eat food which are easy to digest. The food should digest within 3-4 hours of eating. Even after you get burping of the same food, that means you have indigestion. Diet can keep it under control. Don't yield to taste buds more
Early morning lemon water and intake of hot water are very useful. But most effective is diet control or reduced intake of oil. Please avoid refined oil or ghee or spicy foods. more
