Jal Board Services to go online
The DJB to address inefficiency and corruption has taken a decision to shift all the services of the zonal revenue offices online to smoothen out the existing glitches in the system and make it completely faceless.
The M-Seva app is being introduced and grievances can be registered there. If Govt monitors closely then it can become success.

@Harpreet Singh(D) my dear friend they get their bills waived off , i feel good to see people who still are naive about politics and its power . i could have shared details on more personal level but its social media i unknowingly entered it only after joining IAC never became part of AAP but still have lost friends in it, Lost they are, u may know why more

Have you considered installing a booster pump of higher power for your use. Otherwise, I think when your neighbors get super rich it is better to dispose off property and buy somewhere where you can find your equals. Please don't take it otherwise. more

Never knew DJB is going online as i have been using many services online since many years, thanks anyways for informing and as far as Zero Biling is concernred its a big fraud , i have neighbours who are active AAP party workers they are using/ rather wasting water like anything and are getting bills @Rs 10000/- or more per bill but all their bills are being manipulated everytime to zero value w/o any payment which these neighours flaunt openly more

Are you saying DJB maintains a database of AAP workers to manipulate and lower their Bills? Not possible nor do-able, in my opinion. more

Do not think, the DJB is doing welfare to people of Delhi but Khujaliwal & DJB are the same & no difference see below: Don't believe on Great Khujliwal , there is no free water it's all Fraud. Delhi Jal Board used to create two KNo.(AC No. of installed metre on the name of customer) for the same metre & same customer but he always used to pay & clear the bill regularly on KNo.-1*** received the bill (after taking metre reading by DJB) through SMS for last 10 years but suddenly individual received the new bill with new KNo.2***( for the same metre) having in 5 figures (ie Rs 50,000,60,000 & 80,000 etc) it's really surprised even individual got the bill on KNo.1*** with mentioning by DJB all payment cleared ( balance 0) & received both the bills by hand delivery. How is it possible 2 different bills with different KNo.( AC ) for the same metre & same customer. It's very Big Corruption in DJB. It also observed that agent (dalal) of DJB asked to people they may settle the matter by paying some specified amount ( less than 50% ) & the matter will be settled & no need to worry. It was really surprised that who poor fellow gone through these agent after paying the settled amount then they got the Receipt ( it showed billed amount of Rs 2000/- cleared but paying instead of Rs 10,00 to 15,000 to agent for DJB). It is big corruption in DJB. more
