1.Adulterated Fertilizers and Pesticides and even Seeds are still in Market resulting frequent losses in yield.
2.Interlinking Rivers, Streams Reservoirs forming new Canals, Tanks was ignored by Govts. since Decades resulting damage of cultivated Crops.
3.Agriculturists are not mandated for planned cultivation which is resulting loss in cultivation even tendering dumping on Roads due to reasonable Price.
4.Crop contractors, those individuals cultivating hundreds of Acres with Crop Loans could capture markets and this resulting in losses to real Agricultural Land Owners.
5.Contractors/Tenants/Kowldaars of commercial crops being rich even with Crop Loans too managing markets.
6.Crop Loans of rich those do not payback in-time using the Funds for their other profitable businesses are mainly addressed with waiving benefits of Crop Loans. Facts are fully known to the lending Banks in cooperative Sector too. 7.Real Agriculturists/ Cultivating Land Owners since the first time introduction by Sri V.P.Singh Government are the real losers of this Benefit and hence many are getting irritated for the misuse.
8.Introduction of irrigation unions in Villages best served the purpose of water and even supply of Fertilizers which earlier were trapped and tapped by only the rich and wealthy personalities.
9.Farmers Unions are needed even for planned cultivation of commercial crops which reduces many losses.
10.The sincere mandate of Cooperative Farming will remove all calamities of real Farmers which do not give way for monopoly of the Crop Contractors, Tenants and Kowldaars.
11. There shall be a Council or Commission to bring Agricultural activities under planned and regulated Sector which shall mandate region wise cropping of various commercial items including different Vegetables and Fruits .
12.All the States and Union of India need to recognize and realize the truthful facts of agricultural sufferers and take actions on all the above 11 issues.

Political Parties shall be mandated to confine to the Constitutional Mandates and IPC punishing those Adulterating Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, extend Crop Loans at free interest to be recovered from Yield Proceeds through Cooperative Banks INSTEAD OF LOAN WAIVER program that further increase the corruption and misuse of Govt Funds which also never help Farmers in real Sense and concept. Jawan and Kisan shall be well guarded not only Constitutionally but also Politically too to upkeep National Integrity please. more
