it is not only stray dogs, but the so called civil society members who take their pet dogs to common areas and make them shit in open. Swatch Bharath also need to include a campaign to sensitize this urban middle-class and rich people who are so self centered. Certainly they keep their homes neat and clean, but consider their neighbors courtyard the toilet for their pet dogs. We should condemn this behavior of the affluent anti-social elements. more
