We can start mobile phone ticketing which can reduce expense of maintaining large server capacities more

Increasing revenue by leveraging existing services would be the fastest method. 1. Extended travel on the same PNR with extra charge. (if seat can be adjusted) 2. Limit platform ticket to 30 mins and allow extensions for about 3Rs per 15 mins 3. Limit carry luggage to 20 kgs per passenger for journey over 500 kms. More weight can be allowed on extra charge 4. Allow transfer of reserved tickets to relatives with additional cost. (10%) of the total ticket amount. 5. For day reservations use upper berth of second class sleeper coach as a 1 seat reservation. more
