Effects of Demonetization; Aadhaar Linkage, Digital/ Bank transactions; empowering authority, sincerety in all Govt. wings; resulted in outburst of Misuse, Corruption highlighting existence of Sanctity, Sincerety and dedication to Duties .
Ex RBI Governor too in his report to Parliamentary Committee revealed that NPAs started from 2008 as identified and , the P.C. commented as why RBI did not disclose in 2015 itself . This itself proves that the Corruption in all Govt. Wings and Political Field including part of Judiciary taken its deep roots in UPA era.
BUT, the Congress , its allies and some States who still challenge AADHAAR LINKAGE , DIGITAL AND BANK THROUGH TRANSACTIONS , Replacement of Subsidies etc., into Cash based provision through Banks
FOR ACHIEVING THEIR OWN SYSTEM OF RULE BACK IN THE COUNTRY, CREATING , MAKING TOM TOM ALLEGING THAT ONLY during these 4 years of NDA governance, these blunders are taken place.
Even now, there is absolute need to [a] Disallow those convicted for any Financial and Social Offences from Contesting in Political Field
[b] Disallow share of Rule in the State/Union by any ruling party that is refused, rejected and defeated in the Elections.
THESE 2 ARE THE FUNDAMENTALLY BASIC MANDATES OF PEOPLE’S DEMOCRACY .

This, situation tendering compulsory need of a Constitutional Body in the name of 'National Administrative Body' comprising PM, CVC, addl. CJI, President of Press Council with powers mandating all the Constitutional Bodies including those in Governance and Private Sector. The earlier CJI also preferred a joint meet between Judiciary and Executive after conclusion of Bangalore Meeting of PM, CJI and others. As had been proved, No individual Body of the Constitution could really carry the Constitutional mandates and Provisions to its Citizen. [ Many Judgment Orders of S.C. since 1963 had been set aside by the Rulers of this Country while purposefully kept Judiciary insufficient and inadequate in number of Courts and Judges since 1985 ] Corruption going increasing and threatening GOI controlling introductions and this lead in one way raids on Black Money and in the other way resulted in outburst in RBI, CBI, too. We and the Country have witnessed the deep concerns of Prime Minister, President of India and, the Chief Judges of Supreme Court during 2015, '6, 17, and, this the 2018. This itself prove, tender and mandate such a Joint Body to bring in one line, the individual Constitutional Bodies AND THIS IS ONLY REMEDY to have good governance under the diplomacy set in concluding the Constitution. This ' National Administrative Body ' can stand as seconding support of people's right of Vote since this most important and vital Purpose, Objective and Concept of Vote by Indian Citizens . It is proved that this right and its concept that confined, quoted and deliberated by Dr. B.R.Ambedkar also had been mislead in the Politically opted system of our democracy since the 2nd Decade. more

The disclosure/outburst in these 4 most important Bodies indeed a good sign in Democracy. Sri Modi is why, requested for people's reporting system even through Binamy Act. There shall not be any way/collusion for concealing the facts of frauds and Offences especially in any Democratic Country since the Economy in general is of people, for the people and the Nation that cater to all. Otherwise, Rule under Indian Democracy cannot fulfill the mandates of Article 15 [4], 39 a, 41 , 45, 46 and 47 too and thus this results in never ending paucity in the very Citizen of the Country. more
