A MLA contestant called Bundh on the day the Ruling Party leader/C.M. is to conduct a Public Meeting in Election Campaign and his call for Bundh was intensified too. This contestant was also an Ex. MLA for his full terms earlier.
In 70s I viewed in news that ignorance of law is not an Excuse and also understood from different issues in later period too. It is clearly evident that an Ex. MLA definitely fully knows the Laws and Laws in force and, his old party and the new Party also knows these rules.
But still, the MLA contestant called for rigorous Bundh.
Is it not a willful challenge to the law of the Land is the legitimate question now. I request the members to Please clarify. This becomes the issue of Justice in Governance too please. more
