Effect of failure in Policing

finance minister prime minister still tight-lipped on accountability in NPA in banks. I have inputs for bank of india. They are overlooking even CVC directives. more

Further, the main problem is 'non implementation of Law and Order in its true spirit' IPC pertaining many issues had been set aside. Supreme Court also confined that "every Limb of Constitutional Machinery is to be People Oriented" THIS CLARIFIES THAT 'THE WINGS OF POLICING' ALSO IS AUGHT TO BE People Oriented with vested responsibility within the Country. Sincere discharge of duties if were not neglected, EVERY LIMB OF CONSTITUTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROMPTLY RUN AS MANDATED IN THE CONSTITUTION IF THESE WINGS OF POLICING STICK TO THEIR OATH OF PROMISE AND SINCERITY IN THEIR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES. The lapse of this has resulted in heavy losses not only to the Nation but also to the general public for which, the Judiciary has to take responsibility as they already declared that 'S.C. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPT APPLICATION/IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS . A precise of adverse effects to the National Economy ; People's Welfare and Economy including Education and Adequate means of Livelihood provisions is attached for comprehensive understanding please . more
POLICING is the one and only Authority for enforcing IPC and other Laws. IF THEY TAKE-UP, EVEN JUDICIARY HAS TO TAKE-UP THE ISSUE FOR A JUSTIFIED VERDICT. At least, the action of Police will bringin public awareness which also moves the Hearts of Judiciary. more
POLICING CAN MAKE ALL BODIES TO BE PEOPLE-ORIENTED. SC TOO MANDATED THIS CONCEPT. more
