Earlier Judges, CBI, now RBI tenders Reforms
1.Sri Raghurma Rajan Ex. Governor of RBI confined that : Development, Stability, Economic Equality tenders energized empowerment in all Institutions of governance. Deep thinking is necessary on this in view of diluted Status.
Sri Aravind Subrahmanyam, Ex. Chief Economic Adviser also staged the need of Transparency in all Independent Bodies. Ex. RBI Governor Sri D.Subbarao precisely commented on relation between GOI [Governance], RBI [Bank and Financial Institutions]. It points indirectly on increased Bad Debts, NPAs from 2006-08 that pointed out by Sri Raghurama Rajan in his report to Parliament Committee.
President of India in his speeches of 2013 August, 2017, cautioned both People and Leaders on the poor economic status in the Country.
2. The outburst in Several Governing Bodies, TOP Institutions is the effect of this need. The issue of Misuse of Power, Misappropriation, Fiscal Frauds being unearthed since 2012 and the 8 Lakh Crores Bad Debts in addition to increasing NPAs, Overdues, certainly tender disclosures, outbursts and demand ‘ Responsibility, Accountability, Transparency in all and by all and is a good move in Democracy that help Development, Stability, Economic Safety and Economic Equality AND, THESE ARE THE MANDATES OF CONSTITUTION through several Articles set-in and, that are guaranteed in the Preamble of the Constitution.

The 6-1/2 decades Rule proved that even Prime Constitutional mandates are ignored, diluted, diversified even. This given scope for all Bodies, Institutions, Individuals of both Government and Private Sector bent towards dilution, diversification and or failure to the basic/fundamental Duty. We have observed this in all above. Otherwise, the misuse of power, misappropriation, Corruption and Financial Frauds, will not reach to this serious extent that lakhs of Crores involved in several loots in Income, Revenue, Wealth, Land Treasure and Produces AND, even the Funds of Governments, Savings and Finances of general Public. This is why, every Spokesman, Every authority, Every Governing Body SPEAK OF : Responsibility, Accountability, Credibility, Reliability and Dependability BUT, NONE AND NO BODY IMPLEMENTS . This is why every institution starting from Judiciary have been since a year either coming to public Media or disclosing the Misuse and Frauds within even through outburst of their heart at Sincerity being cautioning and signalling that alarms as the last leg option. more
