Friends, we hear a lot about the increase in the subject related ailments n malfunction of various organs or loosing it's vitality over a period of time across the age groups. All health experts mainly attribute it to the life styles, change in food habits, stressful, fast life style.But we never tried to look towards other important culprits ,perhaps may be more on their adverse effects on human body.
Our agriculture research institutions r busy developing new varieties of various food grains, vegetables , fruits mainly with an idea to increase more yield, pest resistant. But I don't think we ever heard about such staple food items, vegetables, fruits long term bad effects on human organs, the endocrine hormones, enzymes etc; n also never advise about what is good or bad if such crossbreed grains, fruits , vegetables. Even if some one advise us but the food that we intake are all produced by the same hybridization techniques, so how will it help is a big question.
It is suggested to all agriculture, research, nutritional n experts of all health related doctors , experts to share their knowledge on this important subject. WHO has many times warned us that our country will have have highest number of diabetes, Heart related n kidney related suffering people across the age groups. Yoga, meditation, excercise may be helpful but what about the daily intake? We even pass such defects to our next generation ...

We had many Posts on the issues of dangerous chemicals as well as adulteration, usage of Spoiled and perished items like Grains, Flours, in Packed Food Stuffs as well as Fruits and since recently, the Vegetables too THAT HAVE BEEN RESULTING IN DEVELOPING CHRONIC DECEASES but had been continuously left and set aside using the pretext of Seasonal Deceases. FSSAI and GOI NEED TO STRICTLY TAKE CARE. 5 years back there was a big uproar in Cultivators/Agriculturists who had finally achieved in Banning the newly developed BRINZAL . more
