Please note the case I mentioned, they are cheaters , it happened with Mrs Arora d-46 sector 30, She was alone at home, the guy came to deliver the gas Cylinder, He may be getting information regarding booking from the dealer who deliver gas to sector 30, So information provided by insider, As she has booked for Gas cylinder , So she did not doubt him, he delivered gas cylinder and took away empty one, with in 2 minutes he came back , that I just got call from my office that, the cylinder delivered to you, is wrong one & Defective, I brought it by mistake, As its gas is leaking, naturally no one like to use such cylinder, So she gave back to replace, but after that he did not turned back, nor he gave any receipt, So when after waiting some times, she called dealer he denied we have not sent any cylinder for you, then she realized she has been cheated, moreover dealer informed her so many cases are happening.

So If guy ask you give back cylinder then must ask first give the replacement , or call agency . if its confirmed the person is not real , immediately call police, so if you are getting proper receipt in with payment, and from same agency then it should be ok, what I want to warn all don't give cylinder back with out getting filled one. if he ask filled one back on some excuse, better call agency, and not give him. Its very common, they cheated so many people. more
