Does it have any realistic value to be proud of. Looks silly seeing TN getting highest with extremely poor COVID situation and almost collapsed healthcare. Even in Haryana it was only Costliest Private hospitals catered to rich people (how many people were treated in Govt Hospitals here?). It only indicates how many people of that state uses internet and blindly praise their state government, nothing else. more
Government can improve the lives of residents by: 1.Payment of House Tax online made easier and allowed 24/7 2.Triming of trees which are causing massive damage to power lines which account for most of the breakdowns in colonies, 3.Solve the water problems in colonies, 4. Traffic snarls another issue 5. Permitting of Mobile towers so that mobiles, internet, wi-fi etc can function, 6. Cleaning of colonies a must and swift removal of all debris, 7. Maintenance of all parks so that children do not have to play on streets, 8. Street lighting for the safety of residents, 9.Parking areas be identified and charges to be regulated more
Top 3 Priority : 1.availability of clean and good quality water 2. successful implementation of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan 3.Traffic management more
i feel that Govt is trying to improve all departments and their efforts are also sincere. There is no doubt that CM and some of the key officers IAS/ IPS are not only honest but highly efficient, gentle and are willing to make the state a better place to live. However i feel that some of the critical major decisions can make a big change and differentiate the state from other states are : 1. The departments which involve major public interaction and which are den of corruption like Transport, HUDA, Revenue, Tehsil office, Police stations, electricity, etc should immediately be given to private companies.here i would like to give the example of Passport office ( In chandigarh till passport office was run by govt, it was a hub of corrupt persons and full of dubious cheats, since this department is run by TCS it is highly efficient and service to people have improved to a great level. The second example if telephone service in India which needs to explanation). 2. The second strong suggestion is change the way the offices have been built and the way the officers sit in closed offices. I feel they should sit in Public halls and not like untouchables and un approachable in close offices.I feel very bad when you go to any DC, DCP office and then the peon asks that " saab is busy in meeting" and most of the time these persons are enjoying tea or samosas with some friend. They should sit in open offices like Japanese or corporate ofices and they should welcome any visitor. They should be reminded every week that they are public servants and not public maliks. 3.The other services like health, PDS , education also needs revamping and honestly i have no idea how it should be done. But i recommend that govt should engage some good consultant and take advise that how this major shake up can be done so that rather than corruption gets removed and delivery of service to public is improved. At the same time I wish the Govt all the best and i again assert that i have no doubt that we have got the BEST CM and BEST PM at this stage and we are very lucky that we got these kind of persons during our life time. may god bless both of them. more
My question is - is feed back and views expressed in this circle, given any consideration? Present Haryana govt is the most useless, ineffective and unresponsive. more
