The Government via the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotic Substances bill has proposed decriminalisation of personal consumption of small quantities of drugs including cannabis, narcotics and psychotropic substances and instead proposes a mandatory admission into a rehabilitation or a de-addiction centre.
