The basic need of day to day requirement of water to the buyers has not been fulfilled by the builder INDIA BULLS GREENS now IT IS CALLED AS OZONE GREENS IN Perumbakkam ,chenai.
Recently the SOURCE of water one BIG WELL supporting 325 houses was closed as per the instructions of the CMDA. The Recently purchased firm OZONE GREENS has closed the well as per the directions of the CMDA, without consulting the 325 house holders. Very much authoritative and it should be condemned. The Credibility and integrity of the CMDA has been suspected now.
Requesting the CMDA authorities to inspect and resolve .

      The rules and regulations are created in general awareness. If so, you are paying taxes for the same to take care of your needs, which the corporation has to solve it. A sudden closure, implementing the rule at a sudden is illegal. For that a remedy can be given only by Courts. it may take time, but upto that period you may claim the corporation to resolve it through court order only for interim relief. Now, the public servants will work only by directions. Courts are governing the Public. The government have nt interested as they have as many works. more

      people's concern is very important. water is many source for every one.(including all living being).this must be condemned. severe action must be taken against this closer of ponds , well what ever the water resources we have. more

      We will have a meeting with OZONE GREEN high level to know why this has happened and also ask them to provide alternate well/several bore wells for sufficient water to cater the need of total flats requirement or else will take the issue with CMDA/LEGAL. more
