Unethical company policies- Sun Direct

I have subscribed online for Sun Direct HD connection with reference to the Application Number (20190307067) through payment of amount of Rs. 2290/- on March 7, 2019. The screenshot of the bank statement is enclosed. A technician from M/s A.S Enterprises, Thiruvanmiyur- Chennai who was assigned the task of the installation of the device had informed that the installation was not feasible at the given location due to technical reasons and the cancellation for the request would be done at their end and the amount of Rs.2,290/- will be refunded within 10 working days. Upon calling the customer care, it was confirmed that the amount would be credited back to my account within 10 working days. Since the amount was not credited til date, upon calling the customer care on 18 March, 2018, it was informed that since the amount was paid online, the same would not be credited back as per their company policy. When tried calling the dealer, they are disconnecting the line. Humbly requesting for an ample resolution.
