NON REFUND OF CANCELLED TICKET AMOUNT BY JET AIRWAYS
The flight was cancelled three days prior to commencement of Journey. It has already been more than six months since I requested for refund of of Airfare which I paid for my journey.Despite my repeated requests and my rti dt 15.06.2019, no action has so far been taken and fefund is still awaited ,which is causing mental agony to me.
After my persistence I have been informed that my refuns no 0500252098 dt 26.04.2019 by IATA is pending and five months have passed by since then and still status of the refuns is pending and nothing has been done to settle the refund to my account debited with ticket amount
