AT THE FIRST INSTANCE , I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT INDIA IS A DEVELOPING NATION UNLIKE USA OR UK !!! HENCE THE PEOPLE HERE DRAW AN AVERAGE WAGES / SALARY OF Rs 5000 To Rs 7000/- ( TALKING ABOUT LOWER INCOME GROUP ) . HENCE PRIVATIZATION OF DRINKING WATER WHICH MOUNTS BURDEN ON COMMON PEOPLE BY WAY OF PAYING HEAVY RANSOME TO THESE CORPORATES WHO ARE SUCESSFULL TENDERERS UNDER M.O.U. WITH THE MUNCIPALITIES , CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY Rs 1 / LITRE OR 0.40 PAISE PER LITRE , WHICH IS NOW CURRENTLY SUBSIDIZED BY THE MUNCIPAL CORPORATION AND PAYING AS LOW AS Rs 100 PER MONTH COMPARED TO Rs 10,000/ MONTH LEVIED BY M.N.C's !!!! MOREOVER IT IS THE DUTY OF THE GOVERNMENT TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF DRINKING WATER TO ALL WITHOUT ANY DIVERSIONS OR SCARCITY REASONS. BUT GOVERNMENT CANNOT GIVE GUARANTEE FOR A DRINKING WATER SUPPLY AS THEY CANT DO MAGIC BEING A NATURAL RESOURCE. HENCE IN MY VIEW THE GROUND WATER ( BOREWELL ) IN AN INDIVIDUAL REDIDENCE OR VACANT LAND SHOULD BE GIVEN SOLE RIGHTS TO THE RESPECTIVE LAND LORDS WHO STALLS IT WITHIN THEIR LAND WHICH IS THE NATURAL JUSTICE !!!! BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS !!!!

      Sir I agree but if you see all the large Construction with multi floor are putting large bore to extract water, if person with money go for 400 to 600 feet bore then the small houses with 150-200 feet bore will not get water, more over as you have right on round water not only for extraction, the ground also have right to take back water from you by way of Rain water Harvest, re cycling of use water, if you don't give water to the earth , the earth will not give you water, hence it is everybody 's responsibility, to reduce water usage, save water in difference method , harvest rain water, re cycle used water, re change ground water with west water act, this will help in future more
