Have a good mechanism for people living in Rural areas to get Voter Id card
I live near Doddaballapur and applied online for my Voter Id. I was asked to contact the nearest Tehsildar which seems to be Hoskote for my area. I traveled some 60 km from where I stay to get to the Tehsildar's office - which is a total of 120 km.
When I went there I was given a royal run around with no result at all.
There needs to be a simple mechanism to issue us Citizens our voter id card.
