My case is absolutely unbelievable. I live at Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala. My landline started giving problems about 2 years ago. I lodged scores of complaints, verbally and also formally by letters. After I realised that the situation is unlikely to be addressed by BSNL, I cancelled my Broadband connection and limited my connection to a landline. Even the ordinary telephone has not been working, inspite of the fact that I have raised the issue upto the level of PGMT and thereafter the Union Communication Minister. The telephone still continues to remain dumb. However Bills continue to pour in, without any respite whatsoever.
