BSNL internet is okay.The problem is that they do not have workers when cable under the grounds have to be repaired.The services can be outsourced on contract basis.They ask the customer to bring the modem if the modem is to be realigned
I have found BSNL Broadband to be tolerably good except for occasional breakdowns. Earlier these were frequent and prolonged but of late the occurrence of such disruption is less. However the technical help from staff is found wanting. Most employees are woefully short of technical knowledge and cannot help a customer when approached.
Regular internet connectivity not received. Hence I have recently cancelled my BSNL broadband connection. I had been complaining for 2 months, but BSNL could not provide solution and its officers never cared to visit the client location to rectify the problem. They have been doing everything from the exchange itself and they even asked the customer to bring the telephone instrument and the modem to their office for checking whether they are functioning correct. Even when they found the instruments to be properly functioning, did not take any step to check the telephone line connection and so the problem persisted. Ultimately I had to cancel the BSNL broadband services. Many others like me are cancelling the connection because of the intransigent attitude of the BSNL staff.
