BSNL - Bhubaneswar

The BSNL internet service by Bhubaneswar Circle is very poor. The net will be slow and in case of complaint, non of the officials visit the house to find out the problem. We only get a phone call after one or two days, whether net is working. ? They never hear our reply and we get a massage that the problem has been attended.
I am not satisfied and awaiting any other private service provider for shifting of network.
