BPTP

BPTP project "Park Elite Premium" had to deliver the keys for booked flats in 2012 as per the document. Today is 25th March 2017 they are yet to deliver it. As per their mails received I am unable to understand when the booked flats will be delivered.
This organisation and their customer care unit are only interested about the payment of their bills.

BPTP not delivering flat after 100% payment

No timely delivery. Cost enhanced unilaterally.

A customer who has purchased BPTP flat has been suffering for past several months. One should not surprise that they change the agreement n between and ask the buyer to sign a new agreement wherein they will change material clauses to their advantages. All builders are supposed to compensate the buyers with a delay penalty clause and now even they have been stating that they will inform as and when it is ready to offer possession.

Extremely Poor Delivery on Commitment. Absolutely no responsiveness to customers
