The company has got secured website with very long privacy and refund policies, terms and conditions. The modus operandii as per various complaints on public domain suggest otherwise. The selling of the product is under their theme "key4deals". The company has no where stated their address other than saying jurisdiction in New Delhi. Even in their terms and conditions they have not stated where to return back the items. They have advised to call at the stated number post which somebody shall contact. But the phone does not get pick up. The company will call the perspective client with an offer of winning something if it gets registered on their site with some amount. Promise of the gift is subject to receiving certain payments. The company does not refund the money as stated by the complainant.
