The order Confirmation ref. AB2567939 was booked by me by credit card payment on 26.4.15 for delivering a SONY 10000 mAH power bank to one of my relatives in AGRA.
However, It was very disappointing and embarrassing to note that the delivery was made on COD basis (money was charged twice, that too from a person whom the item was supposed to be gifted). Also, the product was NOT of SONY make as per the order (it was Xiaomi-make, which was NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE). Request for replacement was denied. Even after 5 months of vigourous followup, still the company has not refunded the total amount due to me. No reply is given by them to any of my 16 reminders given so far. Only assurances are given upon telephonic reminders that it will be refunded witin 4-5 working days. Despite threatening them regarding reporting to consumer forum/ media regarding the cheating case, there is no change in their attitude. Such companies are required to be immediately closed by regulatoery authorities to prevent innocent cutomers from being cheated llike this.
