Bad service, unreliable ,unccountable. Policy against customer interest

Though service is good, on one occasion, I got frustrated by the lack of professionalism showed by them.
They had kept an important parcel with them over the weekend, but did not bother to contact me for doubt on address and their system was showing wrong address..

I doesn't have much issue with this courier worked well for me.
