Worst customer service and Poor knowledge of customer service executives at Chennai. I redirected the drained water after the RO process to my gardening. But the customer service executive removed that and saying that pump will not get adequate pressure. I don't understand the logic behind this. Stupid logic. Now outlet water is drained through my nearby washbasin and completely wasted.
