I had made a service contract for 3 yrs. on 9/5/2013 till 8/5/2016 by paying Rs. 3800 to Mr. Manoj . My water purifier has been servised only 2 times till date. I had called several times to Mr. Anad Shivpuri, Mr. Manoj Mishra of Aqua Guard . Sent W.A. message to Mr. Manoj Mishra but no action has been taken . I have couriered 2 letters on 15 th Dec 2015. & 20 th. Jan. 2016. I am 72 yrs. old lady & suffering from stomach ailment. I request ''Jago Grahak Jago'' to help me to get my contract renewed without paying money & compensate for the HARDSHIPS I have gone through.
