Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department

As far as the Fisheries Dept. is concerned , they ae doing well for a long time and it is being continued .This has reflected well in supplies to their Neithal Retail oulets . The Dept. has conscientized & the trained the staff well on the need to maintain cleanliness at all times .

Department has also gone on to plan & give fishing free days during the reproductive period ,that is being maintained for several years .

Never seen a policy/ program that enhances / encourages dairy, fisheries for the overall well being of the rural mass. Need to work closely with agricultural department and help the farmers to have an integrated income.
