We have traveled by Air Asia Internationally since 2004 from Malaysia and within India since inception and continue to use from Bengaluru / Trichy / Chennai to Malaysia / Australia and extensively in South East Asia such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia etc. Our experience has been very good. Their punctuality / customer service especially Wheel Chair, every checked in bag is sealed with plastic tie etc. is excellent. Veg food is a concern.
However, Of late they are very strict with hand carried luggage as mentioned above and have increased rates for checked in baggage, food, selected seats etc. keeping trend with other airlines. I rate this Airline one of the Best low cost.

Air Asia, I have travelled two times and not happy with the staff behaviour and approach. They even weigh the weight of hand camera, laptop, tablet and even journal and magazine at hand. Even student discount for additional7 kg with identity card was refused on 04.jan 2019 at Ranchi. I dont recommend.

After Mr.Suresh Prabhu took over the reigns, the state of Indian railway platform has become fantastic. Earlier we used to see/get dirty things(and even dirty smell of toilet(i.e., urine smell)) on the platforms/walkovers. Now, there are cleaners standing alert in these areas and maintaining it pretty clean. I observed this especially in Bangalore and Mantralaya railway stations. Also there are many services like 'destination station alert' and dedicated telephone numbers for different services etc.,

Kudos to Mr. Suresh Prabhu and his team for the great work which was not observed for many years earlier. This is the best example to highlight that 'IF ONE WANTS TO DO THE WORK/SERVICE, HE/SHE CAN DO IT AT ANY COST IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SIZE OF THE ORGANIZATION'.
